Erik has more than 26 years’ experience running successful businesses in both the private and public spheres. The founder of a management consulting firm, he also spent six years as an executive in the Canadian telecom industry with Ericsson and Rogers Wireless. In 2012, Erik started to invest in early stage cannabis producers while taking on the the COO role for an oilfield service company – where he led a turn around on the declining energy sector. In 2017, Erik returned to the cannabis space, assisting numerous cultivation operations with obtaining their ACMPR licenses from Health Canada and raising start-up capital for several Canadian cannabis players. Erik is a graduate of the University of Regina and the University of British Columbia.
Kevin has over 15 years of leadership experience in finance and operations. He has worked in the service, hospitality, construction and cannabis industries over the course of his career. His expertise is focused in leadership, performance management, company growth, and finance. Taking part in Canada’s history, in 2018 Kevin joined the cannabis industry that brought recreational cannabis to Alberta and Canada. He has experience sitting on the boards of both not-for-profit and for-profit companies. An advocate for mental health, Kevin has volunteered and spent time working with children in child development groups. Kevin completed his education at Saint Mary’s University.
Marcel is an independent director and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Since 2005 he has been the Vice President of Operations and Co-founder of NorCan Electric Inc., (NorCan). NorCan has become a dominant force being one of the leading electrical and instrumentation providers in the oil and gas industry of Fort McMurray, employing approximately 600 employees. Marcel has demonstrated success by driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth and executing operational procedures and methodologies focusing on cost control, asset utilization and value creation.
Dylan is President and CEO of Evansville, IN based Rexing Companies. This is a network of family-owned and operated businesses specializing in transportation and logistics. Dylan’s background includes education from the University of Southern Indiana, experience in business management, accounting, finance, payroll, project management, system implementations, acquisition, sales, food production, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain management. Recently, his company PFL Logistics secured a spot on Inc Magazine’s list of the 5,000 fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States.
