‣ Paul Lufkin: Director, Executive Chairman Unified Global

Paul is a M&A and finance professional with a specialty in small business consolidations, having performed 40 M&A transactions as an owner/operator and/or investor.  As one of the only Canadians who has lived in Colorado through cannabis legalization he performed early M&A as the industry as chaotically evolving.  He’s able to bring unique perspectives to support the Canadian market as it becomes more profitable and share Canadian scalability experiences to the U.S. markets as Unified helps consolidate them.


‣ Marcel LeBlanc: Board Chair

Marcel is an independent director and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Since 2005 he has been the Vice President of Operations and Co-founder of NorCan Electric Inc., (NorCan). NorCan has become a dominant force being one of the leading electrical and instrumentation providers in the oil and gas industry of Fort McMurray, employing approximately 600 employees. Marcel has demonstrated success by driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth and executing operational procedures and methodologies focusing on cost control, asset utilization and value creation.

‣ Scott Berman: Board of Directors, Independent Director

Scott is the President and Co-Founder of the Panther Group. 

He joined the Panther Opportunity Fund (“Panther”), a vintage cannabis focused venture-capital fund with a complementary and diverse set of 16 portfolio companies, in 2017 as a Principal and member of the investment committee. Scott first entered the cannabis space in 2014 when he co-founded the Cannabis Rep Network (merged into Calyx Distribution) to provide sales and distribution for brands in California. Scott has a degree from the University of Maryland. From 1988 to present, Scott has worked for the Philadelphia 76ers, as head statistician for all home games.

‣ Dylan Rexing: Board of Directors

Dylan is President and CEO of Evansville, IN based Rexing Companies. This is a network of family-owned and operated businesses specializing in transportation and logistics. Dylan’s background includes education from the University of Southern Indiana, experience in business management, accounting, finance, payroll, project management, system implementations, acquisition, sales, food production, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain management. Recently, his company PFL Logistics secured a spot on Inc Magazine’s list of the 5,000 fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States.
